What should my body care routine be?

Finding the perfect skincare routine for your face is a huge accomplishment, but your face routine is not the only one you should be looking for.

Here’s the perfect routine:

  • Cleanse your Skin

No matter the body part, cleansing is always the best place to start. Look for a gentle body wash that won’t irritate or dry out your skin. Lather up with a washcloth or african net sponge, rinse and move on to removing rough skin.

  • Remove Rough Skin

Exfoliating too much can irritate skin. You should exfoliate 2 or 3 times a week. Gently massage the scrub onto your skin, and be sure to focus on your elbows, knees, and heels, which are more likely to have rough patches that need extra exfoliation.   • Hydrate the Skin.

Once you step out the shower the count down begins. You have about 1 to 2 mins to hydrate the skin for optimal benefits.
